Chocolate Chip Cookies + Brownies

What I Have: - 1/2 package chocolate chips (\~12 oz) - 5 squares unsweetened chocolate squares (5 oz) - flour - sugar - baking soda, baking powder, vanilla - eggs - butter

Goal: - Brownies - Chocolate Chip Cookies

Original post follows… Baker’s Brownies: 1. Oven: 350 F, Pan: 13”x9” 2. Microwave 4 oz (4 squares) unsweetened chocolate, 3/4 cup. butter/margarine on HIGH 2 min. or until butter melted. 3. Stir until chocolate melted. 4. Stir in 2 cups sugar. 5. Blend in 3 eggs (4 eggs for extra-fudgy) and 1 tsp. vanilla. 6. Add 1 cup flour. 7. Mix well, pour into pan. 8. Bake 30-35 min. or until toothpick comes out with fudgy crumbs. 9. Cool, remove from pan, cut, serve.

Nestlé Chocolate Chip Cookies: 1. Oven: 375 F, Pan: Cookie Sheets 2. Bowl 1: combine 2 1/4 cups flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt. 3. Bowl 2: combine 1 cup. (2 sticks) butter, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla until creamy. 4. Add 2 eggs (to Bowl 2 - inferred), one at a time, beating well after each addition. 5. Gradually beat in bowl 1 (dry ingredients) into bowl 2. 6. Stir in 2 cups (12 oz) chocolate chips. 7. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets. 8. Bake 9-11 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 2 min; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
